Everyday routine is behind us, the wide world ahead. Although we only boarded yesterday, we’re already underway today. While the cargo was being loaded, we looked round the freighter, our home away from home for now. Then a final farewell on the pier. Salty maritime air, breathed in deep beneath the endless expanse of the skies. This is adventure and relaxation in equal measure. Time seems to stand still on board. Nothing distracts you from the opportunity to reflect on yourself. You finally have the time for undisturbed dreams, lazing about, reading and chatting. You set your own schedule, seeing as you are left to your own devices as a passenger on a freighter.

We encounter our sea-dwelling cousins out on the oceans. The constant changes in light keep us focussed. In general, single or twin cabins are available as accommodation on the freighters we deal with. Almost all of them are out-facing cabins with en-suite toilet and shower. It is possible that the view through the portholes may be restricted or hidden. We are unable to guarantee a free view.
